Dear Members,
With pride and joy I would like to announce that, from today, you can register yourself for the Foreign Career Excursion Committee 2023-2024 (FCE Committee)! Every year the FCE Committee organizes an excursion to a foreign country. During this excursion, we visit several companies, research institutes, and universities. The goal of the FCE is to broaden your view of career possibilities and learn about professional life in other countries. Examples of FCE destinations are Oman, Norway, Iran, Romania, Switzerland, Sweden and Iceland.
Around 25 students participate during this amazing week. It is a week that is not only fun but also highly educational and useful. As a committee, you carry the full responsibility for the organization of the trip. You will pick the country, how to travel, choose geological/cultural highlights and contact several companies, research institutes and universities. It is a great opportunity to gain experience in organizing a large activity and of course, you will have lots of fun with all the other committee members.
You can register for this committee if you are a master’s student in the 2023-2024 academic year.
Are you interested in organizing this beautiful trip? You can register by sending an email to primus@uavonline. Please include the following things:
- Your master and year
- A short motivation letter (200-300 words) which includes what motivates you to organize an FCE and possible useful experiences which you have had.
If there are too many registrations, we will select by a draw.
